Common questions

My progress didn't save

Wordoh saves progress locally on your device. If you're not seeing a puzzle you expected to continue, first make sure you're logged into the same iCloud account you were using before. If the issue persists, try restarting the app. Reach out via email with your device model and iOS version if the problem continues.

I bought a puzzle pack but don't see it

Tap Restore Purchases from the settings menu. If the pack still doesn't appear, email us with your Apple ID email (the one used for the purchase) and the name of the pack. We'll sort it out.

The app crashes when I try to play

Make sure you're running the latest version of Wordoh and iOS. If crashes continue, email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it crashed. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.

A puzzle has a wrong answer

We double-check every puzzle before shipping it, but words are slippery. If you think we've made a mistake, email us the puzzle number and category and we'll investigate.

How do I change the difficulty tier?

From the home screen, tap the tier badge (Kids, Tweens, Teens, or Adults) to switch. Each tier saves progress independently.

Is Wordoh safe for my kids to play?

Yes. The Kids tier has no ads, no social features, and no in-app purchases surfaced to the player. See our privacy policy for the full details on data collection.
